We at Sweet Impact have been incredibly inspired by Half the Sky and A Path Appears- heartbreaking, yet inspiring books, documentaries, and movement dedicated to turning oppression into opportunity for women worldwide. The biggest issues of our time are the ones affecting women and young girls -
sex trafficking, maternal death, gender-based violence,
and forced prostitution.
A Path Appears ties together the picture of the many small solutions that are adding up to make a big impact for women, all over the world. We are dedicated to joining in and working to find and be the solution. We believe in empowering women and girls through education and starting up businesses. That's why
$2 of each pound of our gourmet fudge purchased*
goes to organizations supporting women.
Currently, we are supporting Camfed Ghana and C.R.E.E.R. Our profits go to support these two programs that directly impact women and children in the Ivory Coast and Ghana. C.R.E.E.R. provides a group home for children rescued out of slavery on the Cocoa plantations. Camfed Ghana specifically works with girls and young women in Ghana, to educate them and mentor them into leadership roles in their communities.
Women Rising. Join with us as we create a community of compassion. Watch the documentaries. Read the books. Download the action packet. Buy Sweet Impact's Gourmet Chocolate Fudge. Tell us your story. We are great listeners. Sit down. Have some coffee or tea. Have some fudge. Let's dream together.
